Gain confidence and learn about your newborn
We strongly advise against hiring a traditional sleep trainer - especially for a baby under six months old. This may go against some advice you've received! But research shows it's never too early to build the foundations of healthy sleep habits. This is the purpose of our newborn session.
Either soon after your baby is born or in late pregnancy, this fun two hour session can help you understand your newborn's needs and what your baby is trying to tell you.
This session will cover:
Baby sleep patterns
Safe sleeping guidelines
Your baby's cues and how to respond to them
Why "crying it out" is not the answer
Building a bedtime routine
Practical skills (if required) such as changing, dressing, bathing
Taking care of yourself
Booking the newborn session
Contact us when you are expecting your baby or babies, or soon after your baby or babies is/are born. One of us will meet the family for two hours in their home at a convenient time. If you are outside the M25 zone, a Skype meeting might be more appropriate.
We will keep in touch with you (if that's what you want) over the coming months, in case you need any further support.
